ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND DELIVERY OF THE GOODS

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY COSTS AND EXCLUSION

ARTICLE 6 - DECLARATION AND DECLARATION OF THE BUYER

ARTICLE 7 - SELLER'S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS

The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the Goods / Services under the Contract in accordance with the Consumer Legislation, in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any. The seller is obliged to notify the Purchaser within 3 (three) days from the date on which he / she learns the goods / services due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that prevent the transportation. ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF CAYMA

The Buyer may return the Goods / Services purchased by the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without taking any legal and criminal responsibility and without giving any justification. ARTICLE 9 - PROVISIONS WHICH WILL NOT BE USED

ARTICLE 10 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

ARTICLE 11 - PRICE OF GOODS / SERVICE

ARTICLE 12 - FOUNDATION OF THE INSTITUTION AND LEGAL RESULTS

ARTICLE 13 - NOTIFICATIONS AND DELIVERY AGREEMENT

Any correspondence between the Parties under this Agreement shall be made by e-mail except for the compulsory cases listed in the legislation. ARTICLE 14 - EFFECTIVENESS
